To place a skin on a LauncherPro widget goto the following menu: go to the Preferences menu from one of your home screens -> LP widgets settings -> select widget to be themed -> Select skin -> Choose "LP Gingerbread 3 Skin" and restart LauncherPro. Do this for each widget you want skinned.
